If he is referring to the Fort Hood Shooting, well...to me, even though he was muslim, that was someone who used the system, ROTC, to get free medical training and all his education paid for at tax payers expense and had no worries in the world until he was told he would be deployed. As soon as CNN broadcast this footage, immediately thereafter a Spokesperson for Rudy sent CNN an dispatch saying those words were "not what he meant to say".

WTF???

Amazingly, CNN also showed a former Bush insider (delpino) say the exact same thing on another talk show.

So, with the actual footage in place, and being broadcast, it makes me believe that there will be (if not already) a concerted GOP effort to spin 9-11 as a failure on the Clinton administration. Therefore, they will be able to claim that "Bush was not responsible".

Nothing was taken out of context. These were the exact words spoken.
