I've been to Guam in the early 70's and thought it was awesome! Beautiful tropical paradise with nice waterfalls, etc. Popular R and R spot from Southeast Asia. Either Guam, Japan, PI, or Hawaii were the popular places to hit. Usually we just caught an outbound flight and didn't matter where we ended up.

I have a very good friend/co-worker that is a native of Guam. He recently invited me on a trip that he and some of his pals were planning. They were starting in Vietnam and going to Tibet. A 30 day adventure that I would have loved to taken but could not.

Anyways, when I saw that congressman the first thing I thought of was Dave Chappelle and Tyrone, especially with the hands and mannerisms, speech, scratching...well, everything about him.
