Question What the hell is wrong with North Korea lately, your thoughts....

So, it seems we may soon be at war with North Korea as their nuclear superpower aspirations seem to be reaching irrational levels now based on recent events and quite frankly, I think they are begging for conflict & some world attention. Lack of money and resources will cause people to do such things, strokes don't help either - they seem to kill brain cells...so please feel free to discuss...I am also somewhat concerned this could cause a pretty large conflict between the US and China potentially & eventually.

We'll make great pets...we'll make great pets.

However the globalists want to move the chess pieces is what we'll see unfold.

Typically there is a smoke screen blocking any sort of truth from the sheeple.

For us to be discussing who has what weapons (which are primarily constructed and shipped and sold from America) is a talking point to distract us from the effects and discussion of the rogue entity controlling our nation, such as: the depression caused intentionally by creating a privately owned monopoly money printing press, the climate change scam...oh and let us never forget the energetic and spiritual elements we all have...oh wait we are supposed to forget about that...no wait...laugh at it...noo don't do that FEAR it...

Don't believe everything you see/hear.
It won't happen.
I don't think Kim Jong-il is stupid or crazy.

NK is the subject of some derision. They are allowed a few games but God help them if they overstep the mark. BTW, do they ever smile there?

Obama has repeatedly showed his weak side with all the apology tours he's done..... What do you expect from dictators and tyrants? better relations?.

Biden had it right before the election when he said Obama would be tested... What your seeing now should really be NO surprise.

Eva - they are not a threat at all. Are you trying to get a rise out of someone who thinks differently? There are more non-political pressing matters.

Would you smile if you lived there? I've read a few books about NK, have a site about Ryugyang Hotel (the tallest tower in NK), and I can tell you that I would visit it as a tourist just to be in a country which is shocking than going to the Mars. It is a living 1984 without cameras (they cannot afford them). Kim Jong-il is soon to die, hope his brother is a bit less radical.

Well, I don't know how to soften the blow. Its a despot regime with no grasp of realtity. What can I tell you that's not common knowledge?

(Note: "They" is referring to the North Korean government and the decision makers).

Let's see, they've walked out of every treaty, then re-entered there has been with the nation.

They had a "nuclear test" - it was inconclusive if it really was a test or not - US government said it was not (reduce panic?).

They test fire missiles directly over Japan (probably #3 on their list of countries they don't like - behind South Korea and the US).

Reports have it that they routinely attack South Korean fishing vessels.

They conduct another "nuclear test".

They call any action that is not pro-North Korea an "act of war".

There missiles can now reach the west coast of the USA and a lot of Alaska - they could easily fit these with WMD warheads.

If they're not a threat they're doing everything they possibly can to make themselves look like a real threat - to the point that China is actually backing away from NK.

And - this thread has been moved to the political forum.

What's his brother got to do with anything?
His brother died long ago even before Korean War.
His youngest son may be a successor.

You cant tell me that apologizing for the USA has made Obama appear as a strong leader to the rest of the world... What it's done is made him look weak, very weak. And dictators like Kim Jong-il will exploit that weakness when given the chance.

Eva, I know you're not keen on Obama. Don't let your persuasions mystify the facts. The pupeteers in NK are risible to say the least. Do you honestly think they can 'go again' after the Korean war? Things have moved on with tyrants. Saddam was hanged (not actually that I agree with that) but c'est la vie with these goofs. NK is a 'little Russia' as it was in the 1960's and and an embarrassment to all. Shame on them for abusing their people.

Someone like him will exploit anything, anyone, at any time. It doesn't matter if it is Jong-il, Osama Bin Laden, Hugo Chavez, Ahmadinejad, or Saddam Hussein. That is what they do to bring others to their cause, they exploit and make themselves out to be the victim. They would do this to anyone who is a threat to their dictatorship whether it is Obama, George Bush, John McCain, or even Hillary.

I'm curious as to how you come to that conclusion?

Unstable country + nuclear weapons = serious problem for the world

I think the biggest mistake at this point would be to underestimate North Korea.

Well, essentially they have no military standing, capability or UN mandate. That means they can be wiped out in a heartbeat. They are a ****ing pest and are known as such. The last vestige of goofy reds. The powers that be won't stand for it. You know that.

I hope you are correct. However, I fear they are more a pawn of China, or perhaps Russia. Push the little pawn a little closer towards the US, see what they do. Oh! They didn't do anything. Ahead another step..

F*ck that commie b*tch-a$s girl's name having Kim jock strap or whatever his name is...I have a full motherf*ckin' clip for his dum@ss....I think Obama DOES need to step up to the plate on this one and not try to play "friends" with them anymore..there is no diplomacy or peaceful agreements with irrational people hellbent on war & destruction. I say we lay some smack down on these silly mofo's before this gets out of control...strategic strikes & special forces operations all the way..or maybe further arm our buddies in South Korea up to the gills and let them pull the trigger and push all the buttons. If we stand down on this one I fear it will definitely send the wrong message to other rogue nations with bad intentions...just my wooden nickel.
