So that's what is holding us up? Gosh I'm glad we got to the bottom of it. Thanks Newt. It's that pesky damn "red tape" that's keeping us from winning. And all this time I thought it was those f-ing radical extremists that are in the middle of a civil war. I'm going to have to re-think my whole stance.
