It's actually more likely that Pakistan will become "New Las Vegas" and that will really hurt illegalweb.st.
Ehsan should really come over for a visit. Get an idea what life will be like in New Las Vegas after the war. He may get a jump on others by investing in Casinos, Brothels, Night Clubs and the like. No point being a clothes manufacturer as I doubt they will be wearing much clothing.
