Great programme on BBC Panorama last night about the missing $billions in Iraq; corruption; who's profited from the war; gagging orders against anyone speaking up against the wrong-doers; the way non-competing contracts are handed to 'connected' companies; cost-plus contracts, ie, print-your-own-money-contracts which are not only inefficient, but put workers and soldiers in direct danger....
