I just bought a domain name "blogger.info"
so I am wondering about the term "blogger"...
Is it a TM or a generic word??
and do you guys know that the website "blogger.com" was established before or after the word "blogger" has been created??
please give some opinions and advices!

Nice domain and I think you have zero to worry about. It's a 'coined' phrase and IMO cannot be the subject of any claim. None of this is of any consequence to what you have IMO:
