Adsense Refuses to allow business names?

In my "Adsense Application Denied" letter:

    ----
Account information incorrect or not provided: We've found that the
account information provided in your application is incomplete or
incorrect. Individual applications require the full name of the
individual responsible for the account in the 'Your Name' field.
    ----

The online application says (at the 'Name' box) to enter the name checks are to be made out to. Since we are a Class C Corporation, we must use the company name (and company tax ID, etc) for checks paid to us, so that's what I entered. This is a business account.

How do you al get around this? Apparently Google has never done business with another business before. I've put my real name in the name field now, so I guess we'll see what they say 2 days from now...

    it may be......

since the program was started for "publishers", they we assuming individuals "who had websites" would add the codes to their sites.

    but not corporate entities.

maybe the corp, side was for the "advertisers" adword program.

    to test,
see if you can put a corporate name in the same field, using an "adword" application.

    it's just a hunch

You shouldn't have any trouble using the company name. Make sure that that is what they are referring to, they probably sent you a form letter.
