Self-proclaimed "Domain King" lost yet another UDRP, this time for AirFranceSucks.com. See the decision at:

I know for a fact Air France don't suck.

He has 10 business days to appeal the decision (I think that's 1 or 2 more days to do it).

But, given the decline in adult .com values with .xxx approaching, he might have bigger fish to fry.

I noticed the lawyer for the respondent is Howard Neu.

As far as .XXX undermining .COM --that remains to be seen.
