Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!i am planning on purchasing a games-related domain and am wondering what legal issues are involved if i plan on using others' flash games.
lots of sites do it, including dnforum.com, do they have to get permission from the owner?
the site will show the original sites' information etc. and also a link back to these sites.
i dont think this is illegal, i am just making sure. i have found a program called a flash ripper, which lets me play the games offline; i can then upload these so others can play them on the planned site.

Check out MiniClip.com, I believe they allow hotlinking of their games.
If you're just browsing a site and find a game you like, you can't just DL it/hotlink it and put it on your site without permission.
