    according to eurodns.com it is available as well as several other country extensions using that name; of course you will probably get a fight out of the disinfectant company who holds the u s trademark superbowl....maybe??????????? unless of course you hold a legit (ahem) european trademark........maybe?????????

    Simple the U.K patent and trademark office DO NOT allow generic tms and they have also advised that other eu countries follow protocol,give them a call and ask them if you can tm "casino.eu" they will laugh ! this is fact not fiction !
