Another C&D...

I just received another C&D... Groan... :disappoin

About a month ago I registered CrackedHumor.com after I saw it on a droplist, thinking it would make a good domain for a jokes database. Now I get an email from Thelen Reid & Priest LLP Attorneys At Law, Third Avenue, NY saying that:
Quote:
this domain, which is confusingly similar to and dilutive of the CRACKED mark, is causing Cracked Entertainment Inc substantial and irreparable harm.
Yeah, how?

I am starting to get really fed up with registering domains just to hand them over. I mean, if people really want these domains then why don't they go ahead and register them themselves, instead of waiting for me to shell out my $7, then harping on about "bad faith" this, and "federal law" that! It really pisses me off...

Sorry, end rant.
