Any legal problems with owning names of people?

    For example: JamesGarcia.com
I bought it for no particular interest. I'm parking it at sedo. My name isn't James Garcia, and I don't even know anyone by that name.

Am I heading towards legal issues? What if I try to sell it to someone whose name is James Garcia for $500 ? What if a James Garcia becomes a celebrity, can I sell the domain for $50,000 then?

These kinds of questions are getting to ring a bell more often. Hmmm...

Anyway, search for similar threads here. But here's a hint: ACPA.
