    i know this is an old thread. have read through it all and if you visit kol.com you will see aol now own. pointing to subdomain on aol.com

    what happened, did it get settled out of court or did they take to court and win?
    anyone know?

    AOL will be SOL on KOL. Maybe if they try to claim that its a typo for dyslexic typers, they cant win. K is all the way next to OL (nice keyboard combo BTW) As for a sending out a C&D letter in bad faith, they should be penalized for it.

    I think it was most likely the SOL on KOL, lol. I had to read it twice to catch it myself.

    i also want to know what happened , it sends to kids aol now

    did the owner come to agreement and sold the domain , got sued and lost the domain ?? what happened
