Attorney required to finalise NAF response

Response pre-prepared by legal team who have had to retire for ethical reasons (full details will be made available to interested parties at the appropriate time).

All documentation available for perusal.

Very similar situation to the beanies case, music/entertainment industry domain name.

Attorney will need to arrange for 3 member panel (choosing the panellists etc), and filing of response and associated work.

Since it's NAF, any further filings would probably be a waste of time. :^(

If successful, will be an incredibly important precedent (IMHO).

Prior legal team successfully garnered an extension, and response is now due Jan 6th.

Heavily discounted tenders gratefully received. Payment option via paypal or with quatloos preferred.

PM or e me if interested and I'll email further info.

Ari, winning this one on the heels of newzealand.com would make you a netGod. :^)

Not that you, JB and Howard aren't already (grovel grovel).

Drewbert: How many days left to file a reply? It sucks that they give only a 20-day response period, seemingly with no regard for holidays, weekends, etc.
