With GoDaddy, yes. The problem is locating the real owner right now.
New findings about this hijacker. He has taken over the domain of the largest Joomla community in France - Joomlafacile.com - and demands $1,500 for it. The domain was hijacked from GoDaddy and moved to Register.com
Another domain was also stolen by him - the thread is in Spanish and I am not a speaker of the language - see thread here.

The other stolen domain is Asia-team.info - currently at Parked.com

Joomlafacile.com is redirecting to sedo. Using afraid.org dns.
