Country: | Moniker is the safest but if you lose a WIPO, they'll send it to the complainant - they will not go against a WIPO or court ruling - but, they won't quickly close down your site wiht a complaint letter either (and like some registrars, they'll park it thus making "bad faith" easier to prove). (CYOA disclaimer - I do not advocate or support the idea of deliberately registering TM domains (for reasons other than at the TM holder's request), this is just answering the OP's question). ![]()
