Good job John!
Always buying .COM revenue type-ins. PM me!
Louis Vuitton is actually owned by a French company called "LVMH", they own marks like "Louis Vuitton", Kenzo, Hennessy, Christian Dior, Celine, Dom Perignon and MOET (Champagne), Fendi, Marc Jacobs and like 50 other rich and expensive brands of Wines, Spirits, Perfume and Clothes.
And they can be found at www.LVmh.com
I guess LVMH stands for "Louis - Vuitton - Moet - Hennessy". They probably thought that their so big and powerfull with these brands and all that LOUIS VUITTON should have by GOD'S RIGHT LV.com.
Who is thiiiis weeee little domain owner--- while we are the LVMH!

We felt a responsibility with this one not only to our client but to the entire community to make sure it went the right way. If you look at the facts, it really was stunning what the other side was arguing. Then again, we were wary about trusting the UDRP process, given its unpredictability, so filed the DJ action in court and asked the Panel to defer to the court's jurisdiction. So what do they do? The Panel rejects our request, without explanation, and issues its own decision. Please don't get me wrong, I love the decision, but even in what should have been a simple act of deferring to the courts on a matter that the courts have been held to possess the ultimate authority, the Panel bucked the trend and decided the case, itself.
It is a reminder that in all matters UDRP, the Panel retains the ultimate discretion to decide, and panels will exercise that discretion in ways that are not always predictable.
