    The whois looks like it is back to old owner, can you confirm that with him? It may be possible that the thief is faking contact details to make it look like issue was resolved but he is still selling?

    Just noticed no phone number up, so this is very possible?

    The member bcfast@earthlink. here offered me that domain along with ubq.com, uce.com, and bal.com. He was banned at ds under username rosenbloom. He failed to respond to any questioning over why he was offering a known stolen domain. Just a heads up to the mods here. If this has already been reported apologies for bringing it up again.
