Can anybody tell me if modmyi is trademarked? As the .com site is threatening me with a lawyer but I dont know if they are being legit or not. Can anybody help?

I searched TESS, but could not find a trademark listing for modmy or modmyi, but according to the web page, both are trademarked.
WHOIS data for modmyi.com is private.
There is a ModMy, LLC that runs the web page.
I am not sure how long they (or the web site) have been in existence.
