First, US laws about domain name content, and now this:

It is not immediately clear how or whether this will apply to relevant websites or content located outside of Canada.

Ummm... you'll note that they helpfully included a "short title" in the legislation.

Not to mention the parents of dwarves who can no longer enjoy the same sort of acrobatic play with their infants as do the parents of other children.

I thought that it was reffering to something other than dwarfs you see in lord of the rings, etc..

Who tosses dwarfs?!
