car model name - DNForum - Domain Sales, Domain Forum, Domain Appraisals, Domain Registrars

one of my domain names of ccTLD happens to be a car model name.
because it's a short generic name, i didn't realize it when i registered.
i found that the same domain name of different ccTLDs is all associated with
the car model.

is there a potentially TM issue?

I believe this truly depends on what you use the domain for. For example, if you have avalanche.com (Chevy Avalanche) and make a website about natures avalanches , you shouldn't have a problem at all. If you plan on making a car related site, I suggest you continue to seek legal advice.

I have never had any problems with these types of names...and I have owned quite a few

have you developed any of your domain names,
or only parked them, or just keep them unparked?
