| Exclusive Lifetime Member | car model name one of my domain names of ccTLD happens to be a car model name. because it's a short generic name, i didn't realize it when i registered. i found that the same domain name of different ccTLDs is all associated with the car model. is there a potentially TM issue? |

| Platinum Lifetime Member | Re: car model name I believe this truly depends on what you use the domain for. For example, if you have avalanche.com (Chevy Avalanche) and make a website about natures avalanches , you shouldn't have a problem at all. If you plan on making a car related site, I suggest you continue to seek legal advice.
