Country: | Re: Cease and Desist part 2 It would cost them a lot more then that to take a pop at udrp, in which case I think they already know their chances arent good , tough decision here for you , but I wouldn't loose any money at this point , I would explain to them that the domain gets a large amount of type-ins and is worth more on the market and more if developed into a "freebies" site ,try to come to a reasonable figure with them and actually make money. |

I think it would actually help you if the freebie site was up myself. Give them a fair market price and go from there I think. |

Then, they have to decide if he has a chance of winning it. Naturally they would love to pay you what you paid for it. It is more valuable to them than you.
