What about launching a domain and putting ads on it that has some form of cia world fact book in the name of the web site address. As wikipedia says, the world fact book is in the public domain. Does this mean that I won't have any problems launching the domain and having ads on it, some of which may promote similar fact books or the actual cia world fact book...
just wanted to get some info before launching the name...thanks!
