Looks like a typical contract dispute...if there was one to begin with.City Attorney Elizabeth Hernández will ask commissioners Tuesday -- if the commission meeting is not postponed due to Hurricane Ike -- for authorization to file a lawsuit against Burr and his company, Quantum Leap Network, for failure to comply with terms of an agreement to transfer the domain name, www.venetianpool.com, to the city.

Right... he is going to spend thousands of hours and moneys on a name and site he has legitimate interest just to give it away to the city for free... just for use of their seal... right.
