I see 2 solutions for fight cybersquating:
Simply that parking companies STOP to offer parking services to cybersquaters and that WHOIS privacy services also STOP to offer privacy services to these people.
Well, I am maybe a bit sharp as I think most domainers have a minor percentage of domains cybersquating:
- Infringing a trademark.
- Using a typo of a site they do not own.
...
So that these companies start sending a mail to their client asking them to remove such domains from their services or their account will be closed.
You will see how they will react quickly and the problem should quickly resolved.
