I have a friend who works for a site, lets call it TTRT.org. The company that owns TTRT.com has basically gone away, and is letting the domain drop. It is at Namejet and there are already 30 bidders for this 4L domain. I can see it going for $XXXX. TTRT.org has a trademark for "TTRT Library and xxxxx Center etc".
Would this be enough information to get Namejet to give TTRT.org the name? Would that trademark be applicable to TTRT.com?

Enom has a legal staff.
They are more knowledgeable about TMs than many people on this forum.
I doubt you can scare them into giving it to the .org.
A lot larger companies than ttrt.org have threatened them.
And, Enom still did what they wanted.
They would rather sell it, get the profit and let the TM owner fight with the new owner.
