While jiz appears at first glance to be a " bad " combo and not worth $7k-$8k I think the buyers may have hoped something was coming via parking/use that would justify it's $11k

Contrarily, in my opinion jiz.com is worth a lot more than 11k

Well it is subjective but generally speaking a name such as this on its own and void of any connection to jizz/adult use would not be worth as much in todays market. Just follow the patterns, low traffic, 2 " bad " letters, not a strong acronym etc. Only thing this name had going for it was ahhh....ya you know

My bad! I was thinking "jiz" and "jizz" are comparable, but it seems "jizz" is a lot more used than "jiz".

sometimes domains need to be handled like real estate transactions. back out of a deal. lose your deposit. at this point i wouldnt trust him with a CC. tell him to put a money order on the mail if he's serious.

He doesn't want to buy the domains.

Today he thought that the domains had been transfered to his enom account and asked me to create an enomcentral account so he can push the domains back to me. Duh!!! I canceled the transfer.

After an hour he send an email saying to forget about the previous email!

If I don't agree to cancel the transaction, what will happen with escrow?
