cxt parts or trucks

I live in calif and have a site in which we sell offroad trucks and parts

called

California xtreme terrain truck

I have had the name for a year and recived a letter from a lawyer

they said it was there name...

I bought the domain names

cxttrucks.con

I looked and didn't see any trade mark problems. Can they do this?

Re: cxt parts or trucks

Anybody can sue anybody else - but that doesn't mean that they will be successful! It sounds like you have a legitimate business purpose for the domain, so you are in a very good position to defend it if a U.D.R.P. or A.C.P.A. action is brought against you.
