I'm thinking about setting up a site in which you guess/imagine what a person looks like naked at "nakedguess.com". Yet, I don't want potential legal problems in the future from the clothing store "Guess Inc." . Do you think Guess, Inc. will have a case against me or cause me problems?

as long as you do not reference the guess brand, you should be fine.

The use you describe should be fine. Naturally, without actually reviewing the site as it operates after launch, nobody can say so for sure.
Be extra careful not to let auto-keyed ads pop up that might be for jeans and clothing. That could change things for you.
