DNF$: 361 Location: Pennsylvania | Domain Lease Advice I will be leasing one of my names to another company. I was looking for advice with the lease contract itself...is there a standard lease that I could work from and tailor it where needed for my purpose. I hate to go out and pay an attorney for something that is available online with the standard boilerplate language already prepared. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated. Thank you |

DNF$: 10 Location: San Diego | Well, just like any other transaction: You try and get as much as you can, the renter tries to pay as little as possible, and somewhere in the middle you reach an equilibrium. You don't ned a lawyer to tell you that.
