I am looking for direction to find or to purchase sample Domain Name Sale and Domain Name Lease Agreements with contingency for UDRP disputes.
Done much Googling and only turned up generic contracts from legal document sweat shops or some very good advice (but no documents).
I would assume that the knowledgeable crew here at DNFORUM would be of much better use having has experience in both Domain Name Sales and Domain Name Lease.
