    Question Domain Trade Mark Issue ,,, ?

    i have one domain called, remido.com

    and there's an established company called, remidostore.com OR remidocompany.com

    i want to offer my remido.com to them

    but im confused, am i have gonna have issue with TM (trademark) here

    thx for your answer

    there is no clear yes or no answer to your question, but in most cases there are two cases:
    1. if remido is a made-up word then yes, you might get in trouble
    2. if remido is a generic term like "Chair" , then you are safer because I don't see how the owner of chairstore.com could go after chair.com just because the owner offered it to them for purchase.

    anyway, this is just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer
