| Gold Lifetime Member | i have one domain called, remido.com and there's an established company called, remidostore.com OR remidocompany.com i want to offer my remido.com to them but im confused, am i have gonna have issue with TM (trademark) here ![]() thx for your answer ![]() ps : remido.com is not mine ![]() |

Country: | there is no clear yes or no answer to your question, but in most cases there are two cases: 1. if remido is a made-up word then yes, you might get in trouble 2. if remido is a generic term like "Chair" , then you are safer because I don't see how the owner of chairstore.com could go after chair.com just because the owner offered it to them for purchase. anyway, this is just my opinion, I'm not a lawyer
