Domaincar

Who is behind Domaincar.com ? Any suggestions and pointers to prior UDRP cases against them for trademark infridgement and/or cybersquatting convictions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Domaincar

my fellow GR glad to see you around / still in ATH? one quick google search shows this interesting link http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/deci...d2005-1027.doc

althought the UDRP not related cardomain refers to cybersquatting of RL domains by same individual....

"According to Complainant, Respondent should be familiar with the UDRP process. Respondent, under the name Unasi Management Inc., has been a party to 14 different UDRP proceedings in 2005. The proceedings include State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 440325; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Unasi Management, Inc., NAF Case No. 441054; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. J Lee, NAF Case No. 442558; The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. and NM Nevada Trust v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 448719; Whitney National Bank v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 449357; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Unasi Management, Inc., NAF Case No. 449334; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 467825; Red Bull GmbH v. Unasi Management Inc., WIPO Case No. D2005-0304; State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 472028; The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. and NM Nevada Trust v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 470918; Deutsche Telekom AG v. Unasi Management Inc., WIPO Case No. D2005-0423; Members Equity PTY Limited v. Unasi Management Inc., WIPO Case No. D2005-0383; Wells Fargo and Company v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 471513; Morgan Stanley v. Unasi Management Inc., NAF Case No. 471488; and Dermalogica, Inc. and The International Dermal Institute, Inc. v. Unasi, Inc., NAF Case No. 485936. In each of the foregoing cases, Complainant received the relief they requested and the disputed domain name or names were transferred to them. Copies of each of these decisions were attached to Complaint."

Re: Domaincar

Now I remember why "Unasi" rings a bell:

http://domainsmagazine.com/domains/domains1723.shtml

Here's another one from google:

http://news.zdnet.com/2100-1009_22-5873001.html

And WIPO itself:

http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/deci...2005-0383.html

Quote:
The attempts to find a listing of the Respondent in the Panama Yellow Pages were unsuccessful. Other attempts were made to obtain information from the domain name <domaincar.com> which is owned by the Respondent, but to no avail. However, at the URL “www.domaincar.com”, a printout from a third party website related to the sale of domain names.

They are definitely the best, they became new Nameking after Laporte droped their TM portfolio. I would guess there are some Americans behind it, it might be even the (in)famous John Zuccarini behind it who learned from his mistakes.

Is Zuccarini still locked up as he should be? His mistakes were his being a complete slimeball in diverting typos of kids websites to porn. This is different than what you're thinking denny007 (Skipper) as to him learning how to get away with crap. These dregs of humanity give us Domainers a black eye.

Amazing that you use the term "best" in describing the lowlife Unasi. Cute signature there too. The way it's been going over the last few years, I'm sure it won't be long till we see signatures here like "Proud to be a 100% Keylog Phisher" or "Proud to be a 100% malware spammer" Sheesh

Via Argentina 2, Ofincina #3 Zone 5

Also have a PO Box in New Jersey

Registrations are done using traffic testing and drops via Dotregistrar and some names held by one of the worst slimeball registrars out there (Joker.com) same people who kept some of Zuccarini's names safe from the courts.

Re: Domaincar

I could not wait until Stocdoctor (Madman) appears here to crack some of his "Infinite Wisdoms".

I made this signature especially for you and it works like red on bull - you already commented on it several times. Keep going, its fun, Madman.

AFAIK Zuccarini got 30 months, not sure how long and if at all he served. He definitely did a bad thing with redirecting kids to porn sites, but 1-2 year is enough, although I am sure Madman here would lock him up for life or maybe he would prefer gas chamber/electric chair.

As the "lowlife Unasi" - I am sure 99% of domainers would love to have their portfolio and they would not give a brown-from-butt about some Madmans call them whatever names.

Only Madman can compare parking of typo TM domains with i.e. malware spamming or phishing. Maybe for you, Madman, is jay-walking and robbing also same...

Yep, I'd throw away the key on your hero there.

TM typo-squatters are NOT Domainers, and I or anyone else could have easily had their portfolio had we decided to take the low-road. Wasn't tough to do TM typos and misdirect traffic, so turning down the dirty money was a choice. They may be rich slimeballs, but they are still slimeballs.

Care to try that in English? I still want to know what you did with Gilligan and how you got the Skippers hat?

Idiot claims:
TM domain parking = malware spamming/phishing
So idiot might also claim:
jay-walking = robbery/rape

BTW english is the only language you understand, isn'it it, estupido...

I still want to know what you did with Gilligan and how you got the Skippers hat?

And I still want to know, how idiots are born

Yep, I'd throw away the key on your hero there.

You again showed, how you discuss - I never told JZ is my hero, I always claimed, what he did was bad (not because of the typos, but because of what he did - kids to pornsites, mousetrapping, popup-hells etc).

I think call you Madman or Idiot is not strong enough. There is not such word for what you are. Even in my "Forbidden American English" book. But lets say, I virtually piss on you right now...

You do not know the background. This inferiority-complexed-clown started to call me THIEF, SKIPPER (he can not udnerstand that even men can wear kerchief), which I mostly ignored.

But now he is verbally attacking my mother ? This is unforgivable, he has no right to call anybody "low-life" for heaving TM typos, because only the lowest of lowlifes is slamming PARENTS !!!
