DOT ASIA NAME PURCHASED in Public Free for all / company now wants it

I purchased a .asia domain ( cant post it as its a banned word on DNF ). The purchase was in the public free for all. I thought it a pee take to auction the domain on their site

Obviously they pulled the domain name from their auction straight way. They have the TM in the u.s. ( i am not in the U.S. ) the CED is korea. where do i stand in relation to losing or keeping the domain.

thanks

Rob

USD10,000 initial retainer for me to explain how to deal with this.

You may also want to contact John Berryhill in this forum. It's up to him how he wants to approach this.

Good luck,

Eric

So you registered a .asia, and there was already a tm on the name in the US? Are you in a country that recognizes US trademarks? if there was an existing tm, there is a pretty fair chance they will take it...but more details would be helpful.
