    EasyGroup Sues Easyart.com, Demands Web Site Change Its Name

    EasyGroup, a holding company owned by Easyjet Plc founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou, is suing a Web site at the High Court in London, claiming that Easyart.com is passing itself off as part of the company's brand. The details can be found on http://www.drname.com/inlink/action....tion=go&id=376

    unless they have changed their site recently, it looks nothing like the easy brand.

    I hate it when these big companies thing they own a name like easy. One day, they are gonna push the wrong guy and have their offices blown up.

    Easygroup appears to have a foreign language site.
    EasyJet came online 21st Jul 2001, Easyart came online 21 Jan 2000. If there is confusion over the domain names, should it not be easyjet that has to change its name?
