how can I recover 2 URLs from an ex-ebay thief?

ebay and paypal don't help.

well you could explain the problem in a way that requires more than two sentences. that would be a good start.

The seller kept stalling in delivering the 'login' details to change the DNS / manage URLs 'till he was 'booted-out' by ebay.

Without the login info I never got 'control/posession.'

well if you lost money, then eBay will recover the payment for you, not the domains. Other than that, you are pretty much out of luck.

ebay & paypal are a their accomplices (thieves?).

they're so hungry for money, -much as the thieves.

online auctions are the #1 'snake pits.'
