Hi...Does anyone know how ebid.com is not in violation of the trademark law with ebid.net?
There are plenty of people who violate trademarks. It's whether the company chooses to do go after them or not.
ebid net, just filed for TM last month. Both extention are owned by the same...but I could be wrong but I dont think so.
All other TMs are all dead for ebid.
I met to comment on ebid com, the ebay could file a law site on the com so I think thats why the net is live.
