elance3.com woudl this be an issue?

Wondering if the domain elance3.com would incur legal ramifications if owned? Could they just come and take it? Or would it be not a problem? I see on their website it has elance3 with a trademark?

Any thoughts?

I saw that on ebay too and the seller admits that elance is a direct TM holder of the name. pretty funny.

Could who take it? Aliens from another galaxy? Sure.
