I read that they have no restrictions, but I have to do business with Spain in order to keep these domains or am I free to sell them to end users?
What I am trying to ask is if I live in the US can I register and sell .es domains to end users? I am starting to get in to hacks and I found some good ones and this ccTLD is killer for that reason.
