Country:   | famous siblings or celebrity-like names is it ok to register names like olsontwins.com, baldwinbrothers.com, or hiltonsisters.com? anyone see a problem with registering surnames of famous brothers and sisters, etc ..? would they have any legal rights to such a domain name, or could they order a C&D on you? thanks, HJ

What is your tolerance level of risk? The lower it is, the less ok this is. Keep in mind, the first step of the legal process is the C&D. Receiving one doesn't cost you anything. IF you do get one, then you can start your risk assessments from that level, and decide again if it is worth it.
