| Platinum Lifetime Member | restraining sites that promote illegal drugs, isn't the same thing as the gov't. owning/leasing the domain names. Interesting question here is, is when the name expires, who renews it ? and if its not renewed and someone reregisters it will they get in trouble ? Glad Ive never even smoked a cigarette. Im lame. Lame but healthy. OT, but new study shows weed causes cancer for certain. ![]() |

| Gold Lifetime Member | There is a problem with the feds taking someone's business before that person is convicted of any crime, don't you think? I thought you were innocent until proven guilty? How are you supposed to afford the lawyers to prove yourself innocent when they take away your entire business just based on an accusation? This should be unconstitutional. Any comments from the lawyers here on what the owner of those sites could do to get their businesses back while they await trial? These are not drug dealers, they are selling pipes, which may or may not be illegal, depending on what a jury decides, and which can be used for many legal purposes. |
