Does anyone know of any UDRP decisions where the panel stated that operating web sites under domain names that are arguably generic as search engines, similar to the Overture model, is a legitimate use of a domain name; for example, operating websites such as <xyzcola.com> which happens to list all cola vendors being determined as a legitimate use of <xyzcola.com>?
