My guess would be no, unless you own a trademark for the name.

- I own a generic name (such as car.com)
- I built a successful website at that domain 1 year ago which now receives a ton of traffic
- A competitor later registers the equivalent of wwwcar.com and redirects my typo traffic to their competing site
Do I have a case in stopping them from doing so?
My guess would be no, unless you own a trademark for the name.
Thanks Rad
I do in one country - but not in the country the owner of the competitive site resides in.
