Während diese Domäne Namen wurden gegeben zu Primedia Jugendlichem Zeitschrift und Klassenkamerade Com in Schiedsgerichtsverfahren Fällen und ein Prozeß wurde abgelegt von John Zuccarini zu bestreiten das Ergebnis des Schiedsgerichtsverfahrens für alle drei Namen, der Prozeß zu bestreiten daß die Übertragung in einer Rechtsprechung abgelegt wurde, anders als das eine, das durch den initiator des Schiedsgerichtsverfahrens gewählt worden ist.
In Licht von dies haben die Rechtsanwälte für Primedia gebeten, daß ICANN daß sich einmischt, und benachrichtigen Joker Com der sie tranfsfer der Domäne Teenmagizine Com zu Primedia.
ICANN machte dies, erzählend daß Joker Com den Domäne Teenmagizine Com. zu Primedia überträgt.
Auf Annahme dieser Nachrichten konnte John Zuccarini overnight eine Gerichtliche Verfügung im deutschen Gerichtshof erhalten, der nicht erlaubt, daß Joker Com diese Übertragung vollendet, die als von ICANN erbeten wird.

An Injunction has been obtained in a German Court to prevent the transfer of teenmagizine.com, classmats.com and classmat.com away from the ownership of John Zuccarini.
While these domain names were given to Primedia-Teen Magazine and Classmates.com in arbitration cases and a lawsuit was filed by John Zuccarini to contest the outcome of the arbitration for all three names, the lawsuit to prevent the transfer was filed in a jurisdiction other than the one picked by the initiator of the arbitration.
In light of this, the attorneys for Primedia asked ICANN to intervene and notify joker.com that they needed to transfer the domain teenmagizine.com to Primedia.
ICANN did this, telling joker.com to transfer the domain teenmagizine.com to Primedia.
Upon receiving this news, John Zuccarini was able to obtain overnight an Injunction in the German Court that does not allow joker.com to complete this transfer as requested by ICANN.

The Pence bill has major jurisdictional problems. How can it be enforced on a registrant who does not live in the United States, does not use a US-based registrar, or does not use a gTLD tied to the US (.com, .net, .org, .info, .biz)?
