I know there was a thread about this somewhere. I just couldn't find it so farA US district court has ruled against Google in a trade mark action over the sale of the terms “Geico” and “Geico Direct” in AdWords, its keyword advertising service. The judge found that there was infringement where the terms were used in the text of sponsored ads.
even though I used Advanced search.
Anyway, if any of you mods recall that thread, go ahead and connect it there
as an update.
Vidi, Vici, Veni!
I hope Google gets slapped a few more times as they're fast becoming the monopoly of all media.
