I wont deal with him no more

Check out my feedback I pay all the time and fast ,

Guess not fast enough for him ....

Or maybe he just got a offer for higher and took it out of greed who knows>

FWIW, I was the one who posted that you got a good deal, and would have paid twice that price.... but vtrader was the one who secured it at the BIN. I would have indeed paid $100, but not $200.

Also, to weigh in on this sale, I think vtrader and ForumTalks.com should reverse their sale, and ForumTalks.com should sell it to joeny for $50 as originally committed. Legally, you committed to sell to joeny, and this is a form of a contract, and unless joeny attempted to renegotiate the PRICE or asked for inordinate delays in payment or other inappropriate demands, the contract was still in force. Payment arrangements not specified in the terms of sale cannot be enforced.

Let this be a lesson to everyone -- it may be worth your while to setup an account with the major money services -- PayPal, StormPay, Money Bookers (for UK payments), and others. It just doesn't make sense to ever say "I don't use that". And it also doesn't make sense not to post your payment requirements in the sale to begin with.

argee with FLe8 on reverse sale and joeny getting the name.

Joeny hasn't done anything wrong! , A case of negative sale for him.

vtrader has made it clear that he is ready for it. now lets see how forumtalk acts...

scorpio said it, but I'll reiterate that I'll have no issue reversing the sale. In fact, I won't even charge for the enom renewal ;-)

I'm a proponent of enforcing the integrity of this forum.

    Thanx Guys , I agree!

They should reverse the sale and I should get the domain for the 50 dollars is was promised to me for .

And the worst part is he resold it within minutes of the other high offer..

I think this was just a poor case of GREED!

Some people don't care about whats right or wrong , there just about money..

But like I said burning bridges is not a way to become successfull ,

I'm willing to resell this to Joeny if he can paypal me the funds + paypal service fee ($200 + paypal fee of whatever %), so that I'm whole.

    Thanx for the offer Vtrader,

But I feel that the 50 dollar price was promised to me.

No hard feelings against you at all , I am totally cool with you

I just think that the Forum_talk guy is a real scammer !

I would recommend everyone stay away from this guy!

    Rad,

This is about principle not the domain

Lets say this was a big time domain , then it would be abigger deal right>?

Well it the principle , that we dont need people that SCAM on this board!

I try very hard to help this board grow as well as spend alot of time here on the board ,and plan to in the future ......

So all I wanted to do is make everyone aware , That this guy is does not practice good business....

And to the comment "its a small domain" your right but still was a sale , and a sale is a sale

we dont need rip off artists around here

I also have recieved Pm's from other members telling me the guy tryed to rip them off as well ...

Sorry the domain wasnt big enough for ya ,,lol

I think "Gosearch.net" is better than Gosearchnet.com. But everybody's entitled to their own opinion.

Hey, I've got GoSearch.net! How ironic! If anyone's seriously interested too, I'd be open to offers.

Yes, that's a better name - even though I'm not fond of the "go" prefixes.

    First of all, "GO.com" != GoWhatever.net

Second, even go.com is not popular. Disney wasted a crapload of $$$$$ on it and then dropped the marketing 2 years later.

Thirdly, since when do we use the Legal Issues forum to promote our own domains?

Agree with your disney comment; Misunderstanding in "popular", Widespread use of the word "go" as a prefix would be a more acurrate way to put it.

Didn't realize it was moved, I thought this was an old and done sales thread and mentioned it more in surprise that someone else mentioned my exact name.. you know that thing called irony??? Calm down.
