This is my first time getting email regarding to TM issue.
Wanita.my is belongs to them before, but expired name then I register it.Code:Dear My Name, Yes, we're understand your purchase process. Our customer has owned the domain wanita.com.my, wanita.net.my and wanita.net for many years, and they've trademarked the wanita.net as well as their logo. The word "wanita" is their brand name as well representing their company. I've also checked with the Legal Counsel of Domain Dispute, there's a high chance my customer can get the domain back if it comes to court case but they do not wish to go through the hassles, therefore we email to you on behalf of customer to check if there's any settlement on this. FYI, the domain wanita.com.my and wanita.net.my has been registered since Year 1999.
Now i owned the wanita.my name & developed site. FYI "wanita" in Malay word. In English wanita = women.
Questions.
================
1. Should i release this name (wanita.my) to them?
2. Can they trademark the wanita word?
3. Should i go to the court?
4. Let me know your advice & suggestion folks. Any input really appreciate.

Sounds pretty generic to me
looks pretty legit and they said

I'd sell it back to them.
Though if they're not local in malaysia might be a bit of a stretch, if they are, you're out of luck.
Take the profit, afaik, wanita doesnt mean woman in english at least, maybe spanish.
