Question Has anyone ever tried to transfer .es domains? How hard is it?

I bought a couple .es domains, but from what've seen in other forums you have to fill out paper work and it has to be approved before you can transfer it to another party. Is this true? Where can I find the paper work in english? Thanks

Yes there is paperwork to transfer ownership. Forms to be completed by both parties and E-mailed/faxed to the registry.
It's a pain but if the forms are filled out correctly, no problem.
Bulk transfers are possible. If you're buying multiple names from one person, only one form is needed.

Thanks, for the reference links, but they are both in spanish. For whatever reason the english reverts back to the spanish page and my browsers won't translate. Does anyone have the necessary pdf documents to transfer an .es domain in english? I would really appreciate it. Email it to inason [at] getchaname.com

Click on 'welcome' at the top right of the page.

Explanations are available in English, including how to fill out the forms. But forms must be returned in Spanish only.

It was by far the most complicated domain transfer I 've ever done.
