Auraka, you don't even know the whole story or situation... I'm only sharing bits and pieces with you, because I don't want to get too specific with the domain or who wants it. The fact of the matter is, it's not a scam. I've looked into it. Are you suggesting multiple lawyers from a credible, established law firm are doing something illegal and scamming me? Just for this domain? Now, the domain is valuable... but it's not THAT valuable. It's not exactly "SEX.COM." It was more valuable to me because of what I was doing with it... the content I had up made people laugh and people told their friends about it and added a link to the site on their myspace and facebook pages. Like I said, I've always knew a problem could arise with this particular domain. I'm not even that bothered with losing it... I just hope they take it and that's the end of it.

And Scoopdns, yeah, that is pretty funny :p Luckily though, the domain in trouble right now isn't my LLL.com -- that's my baby! I decided to play it safe and not risk it.

No...I'm saying you signed a legally binding contract without even having a lawyer look it over which is pretty damn silly.

Do not trust what a lawyer says as they will say whatever they
want to say to make money, its that simple. A very large
US Corporation took me to Court in USA using the millenium
act (or some act like that) and told me all the things they are
telling you now. I said no. They continued with the action in
a US Court. Had a conference call with Judge and that
was end of matter. Can say no more.
